Terms of Use

CareerSpeak provides automated communication practice and educational feedback. It does not guarantee employment, interview success, promotion, or any specific professional outcome.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only for your own lawful practice. You may not probe, resell, overload, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

AI feedback

Automated scores and suggestions may be incomplete or mistaken. Review important answers yourself and do not treat feedback as legal, financial, immigration, or hiring advice.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Razorpay. One-time passes do not renew automatically. If recurring subscriptions are offered, their renewal terms and billing frequency will be shown before checkout and they will continue until cancelled. Access begins after payment verification.

Acceptable use

Do not upload confidential employer information, another person’s private data, unlawful content, or material you lack permission to process.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features and limits may change with reasonable notice.
