What to include

Send the email address on your CareerSpeak account and a concise description. For billing questions, include the Razorpay payment reference, but never send passwords, OTPs, full card details, or API keys.

Self-service

One-time passes expire automatically. If you have a recurring plan, cancel it from Account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
