Information we process

We process account details, practice transcripts, scores, subscription status, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure CareerSpeak. Voice recordings are sent for transcription and are not intended to be retained by CareerSpeak after the request completes.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver feedback, enforce usage limits, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

CareerSpeak uses Supabase for authentication and storage, OpenAI for transcription and structured coaching, Razorpay for payment processing, and the selected hosting provider for application delivery. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

Retention and deletion

Practice transcripts and scores remain in your account history until you request deletion or the service applies a disclosed retention limit. Contact support to request export or deletion. Legal and payment records may be retained where required.

Your choices

You may use typed answers instead of microphone recording, cancel recurring billing from your account, and request correction or deletion of account data.
