Cancellation & Refund Policy

Passes and subscriptions

One-time passes expire at the end of their stated access period and do not renew automatically. If you later choose a recurring subscription, you can cancel it from your account; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

If a technical failure prevents meaningful use, contact us within seven days of purchase with the payment reference. We review requests individually. Consumed pass access and completed AI reviews are normally non-refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Report duplicate or incorrect charges promptly. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
